值得推荐的一家酒店
我们入住的是带泳池的套房，非常安静，服务员每天过来清理二次，早餐不错，地段稍微有点偏僻，享受酒店生活吧，步行外出的话离金巴兰海滩十五分钟，但沿路基本没步行的人，离情人崖半小时车程，总体不错！

Had the best time here in Bali
There was a beautiful private pool in our villa. We literally swam every day in the pool even though we had just returned from the beach. The toilets and the beds were also very clean. They even had a open kitchen there, but we have not used it as we only had a short time in Bali. The restaurant also looked very nice. The hotel staff even sent the breakfast directly to our villa. The gym was full of new equipment. The spa treatment was very nice and not expensive. I would say the only problem was the mosquitoes. I think this is mainly due to the geographical location of the hotel, so I would not blame the hotel as they already did a lot to control the number of mosquitoes. Overall, the experience was really fantastic and we had the best time here. Thus, I would definitely recommend it to the fellow friends here in Expedia.

我和好友一起来的疗伤之旅，酒店的别墅简直棒极了。为我们升级了3卧室泳池别墅，非常大。装潢设计也非常有味道。更适合蜜月情侣，如果有机会还会再来住这家！ This trip with my best friend.And Gending Kedis is amazing!They upgrade the room to 3 badroom for us,very big.Room decoration aslo with local flavor.But I think its suitable to honeymoon,and i will go back if have chance.

酒店圖片跟現實沒太大差別～整體來說真的很滿意～別墅大廳會放置一碟小蛋糕或曲奇，水果～並會每天幫我們更換點心～而且味道不錯～反而早餐方面少選擇～而且餐廳員工態度不好～不知是不是對中國人有偏見～比我們遲來的外國人早餐都會比我們快上桌（叫的東西都一樣）～其他都沒什麼問題～離機場只不過是大約20分鐘車程～離金巴蘭海灘也不遠～也是大約20分鐘車程～酒店有免費接駁車來回金巴蘭海灘～但不建議用酒店機場接送服務～因為比較貴～我們6個人～要兩輛車～我請導遊接送才HKD200～但酒店車卻要HKD400～但如果再去峇里～都會考慮再入住的

沒有驚喜也沒有失望的villa
由機場乘車約四十分鐘，villa 一向比人較偏僻，房間才可大一點，私密度高啲。此villa不例外，綠化較多，蟲子當然比較多，個人感覺尚可，比相像中少，但同行朋友的親戚就比蚊轟炸十數下。附近完全沒有任何商店，villa有一間餐廳連酒吧。有健身房，spa。老婆光顧了一小時，說尚可。獨立連屋內有一小私人游泳池，因被樹林包圍，（我的房是邊緣）樹葉蟲子較多，池的去垃圾功能較差，根本不能處理浮游物，最終沒有下池。

當初堅持要訂這間，是因為這價位有私人泳池很超值，結果我也很滿意，可是villa分二層樓，太大反而好懶得走，不過這價位會想再來一次喔。

酒店房間設施經常壞,致電餐廳職員時竟有職員不懂英語,早餐選擇少。 之前在香港有e-mail確認過第一天在房間內池泮BBQ,但到步後卻說還沒準備好,之後說取消！但幾分鐘後又說可以在餐廳的泳池旁BBQ,我覺得酒店內部安排沒有默契！ 若然不能在房間內池泮ＢＢＱ，早就該在e-mail說清楚，對安排實有不滿！ 另外問到住客是否享有ＳＰＡ優惠，職員當時說一陣回覆，但結果卻沒有人回覆過我們。。。有點兒對酒店安排及某些職員失望。

这个别墅性价比太高了!有完美的私人空间和五星服务相结合，全家在里面度过了几天美好的假期，记忆是永远的。如果以后能增加中文客服就完美了，我们的英语不太好以致于和客服在一些理解上有点歧义，总之会推荐朋友来这里的!

Excellent location and comfortable!
We stayed at Gending Kedis Luxury Villas & Spa Estate for two nights at the end of April. The location of the villa is very good. It is near the Four Season Hotel and the Jimbaran beach. It spends just less than 10 minutes if drive to there. And it is less than 30 minutes away to the airport (IDR 125,000 from airport to villa by taxi) and to Kuta Square (IDR 70,000 from the villa to Kuta Square by taxi). The villa provides free transportation/ transfer for places within 5 km of villa. So we could go to and from the Jimbaran beach for great seafood in every night! It is so cool~ There was breakfast included when we booked. The breakfast here was very full and great! 10 minutes massage, gym room, high tea in 4-6pm daily, fresh fruits and cakes were provided by the villa in free. The staff here is very nice and helpful. They provided cool drinks and introduced every details of the villa to us when we arrived. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But some oil paintings with big heads in the rooms sometimes make my girl friends felt unpeaceful. But it is okay for me. Lots of families with children stays in the villa.

4bedroom villa很漂亮, 我們很滿意, 價錢也不貴,一晚大概HK$4800 ,我們住了4個家庭, 一共11個人,villa 設施很充足,有超大冰櫃,吧檯(對需要天天喝酒的我們來說真是太好了),廚房和漂亮泳池,上下三層,還有兩個客廳, 5個廁所,酒店服務也很好,唯一不好的地方就是酒店的早餐不是自助餐和附近沒有乾淨漂亮可以游泳的沙灘.

Villa condition very poor. We have 2 family & booked a 4 brm villa. When check in, rooms was very hot like sauna as facing west sun (sunset). Requested for addnl fan, switched on aircon expecting room to be cool when we return from dinner but room was still hot. In addnl, found out that the toilet flush system was not working properly as water keep on flowing out. Called maintenance but after half an hour they left saying that it is ok but within mins of the staff leaving, water again started flowing but it was already midnight and were too tired to call them again. Could not sleep the whole night as can hear water flowing and the fan was noisy. Next day informed staff to rectify these problems & aircon was slightly better. Tap in bathroom was tight and needed strength to turn, bathtub cracked all over. Wooden floor planks in front of room broken/cracked. Only plus point is the big living room and size of villas otherwise it's not worth the value paid. Kitchen sink in living room black and old. On 2nd day, found numerous insects on the sofa chair. Seriously need substantial upgrade/renovation as villa very old, not pictures in website when making booking does not justify.

An absolute slice of heaven away from the busy hussle and bussle. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!! Stunningg room with amazing views of the green tropical plants and the pool is just perfect. I would stay here with my family again if i came back to Bali. Thanks guys you were amazing

We booked for the hotel to pick us up at the airport, our flight was late but the driver was there with our sign. So incredibly friendly and kind. The staff at the villa were absolutely amazing! Cleaners came everyday and our second to last night they arrived and put petals on our bed and roses on our night stand, swan towels. They are so incredible. We had the hotel book us a mope head that showed up when we arrived and it was easy and wonderful. It’s the best way to get around Bali once you navigate the packed roads. Staff always greeted you and any hour, the spa is wonderful as we had many treatments. Breakfast was included and always amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone as the private pool was our own luxury with the option to use the main pool. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained And it’s like walking through a different world. Thank you to every staff member for an incredible stay, we loved it!

Luxury Villas with poor maintenance
The Villas are amazing, large and luxury, very completed with a lot of many different spaces. The private pool is also a plus. However, maintenance, require to be improved. There were areas looking a bit old. A lot of insects on the outside bathroom, also received a disgusting visit one night inside our bedroom.

Loved the location, the seclusion, the overall design of the villas and especially the service from the staff. The water pressure for the shower and bath was a bit slower than expected. It took over an hour to fill the bath half way.
