Nice and helpful staff . I stayed for 4 nights. I requested to change a room for the last night for personal reason. It was completed within a few minutes. A belt boy came with me for collecting the hotel key for the first room after I took my luggage to the second one. Clean and tidy.

很好

Hotel location was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and shops in the mall next door which could be accessed directly from the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Pity that I could not get a king bed though I had made a request with my reservation. It happens all the time for a single business traveller to get a two-bed room. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice but I expected some real dimsum at the dimsum corner like the other Sheraton elsewhere. I tried the Chinese...

Overall a good stay. Staff are quite friendly. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The facility is relatively new. The lobby is small so you always saw people hanging around the lobby. The hotel is a four star standard hotel. The location is not too far away from the city, and it's easy to get a cab. Walmart and some restaurants are in the same complex as the hotel so it's convenient to do grocery shopping. I will recommend this hotel.
