Stunning Property and Location

We absolutely loved our family weekend away at The View overlooking the beautiful lake. The fully equipped kitchen got a lot of use - a home away from home. Beautifully furnished, plenty of room for everyone, comfy beds, warm and toasty, plenty of hot water and great communication. Check-In was easy, would love to come back again soon. Highly recommend.

the Young family holiday!

We brought my adult children together for the first time in 9 years! There were plenty of spaces, not nearly enough toilets but we managed. The kitchen and lounge dining area were great to have everyone in the same space. Plenty of parking.

Excellent holiday letting

Our stay was fantastic thankyou. The house is situated perfectly on the lakes edge with stunning views. We were a party of 12 adults and teenagers plenty of room for all. The property is well appointed with excellent kitchen facilities and bathrooms. We’ll definitely be back!

The views are beyond amazing!

The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Kitchen is really well equipped - and all the appliances are excellent. The views are beyond stunning - waking up to that was really something! Short walk to the shops for an ideal location. There is also a great kids playground close by. The dishwasher broke whilst we were there, so was frustrating to wash dishes by hand for that many people, but the view made up for it. Would most certainly stay here again, an idyllic location.

Great views, handy location

Great house with fantastic view over the lake. We had 3 families for a week and had plenty of room. The 2 double beds would be much better with 2 x king singles in each or queens. Very warm house. Agent sorted out new modem for wifi late on a Sunday which was great. Would definitely return to the house next year.

stunning!

Stayed at THE VIEW for 3 nights. PROS: Amazing view of the lake! Walk to town/ pub. very convenient location close to amenities Upstairs lounge, dining and kitchen was cozy CONS: We had issues with heating, some of the rooms' heater didnt really work, we had to buy our own. Ran out of hot water Main bedroom with ensuite was connected to the bunk bedroom- funny layout , lack of privacy Overall: Location was so handy and the view too stunning esp sunrise/sunset. We will probably stay here again.
