「Read some negative comments from various hotels booking website, have struggled to book it or not, but there are not really many hotels / ryokans in Onomichi. Anyway, the reality is, starting from the check in till check out, we are very satisfied and amazed. We need to give it a fair comment to support the staff there. The hotel is just by the seaside, thus we enjoyed wide ocean view from our rooms. It is over 100 years history, surely it will look old, but it is full of retro and...

「What a special experience! This is a glimpse of history with modern amenities and thoughtful staff. We had a triple room, which worked well for us as the sliding screens separated two sleeping areas. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Dinner options are very limited in the area, so consider reserving dinner at this property.」

「酒店就在福山駅旁邊, 一邊是酒店, 另一邊便是福山城. 本次入住眺望福山城的房型, 所以房價會高一點. 雖說酒店有停車場, 但2200後入庫不可. 可以選擇停泊在隔一街的大停車場內 (此車場其中一個入口就在旁邊另一望福山城的酒店中間). 要找燒肉/燒靚牛舌的(不是放題), 福山的選擇很多, 就在附近的數條街, 已有三數間有厚切的那種. 購物 (LOFT / 無印) 要有退稅, 也要選福山, 廣島其他地區的沒有退稅啊, 當然附近還有不少的景點.」

「 Very nice equipped and clean room. Some little considerate things, like umbrella, was very helpful. I also liked they chose wooden floor. Felt much cleaner than carpet ones. Close to the center of Onomichi, so it was easy to find places to eat or shop. The communication with staffs was smooth, and the check-in instructions were pretty clear. • Kitchen area was small, but I didn't cook during my stay so cannot really comment it.」
