“Cute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. ”

“I've been coming to York Beach pretty much all my life, both in season and out of season. This was my first time staying here at the Sunrise Motel and I can say everything was fantastic. From the communication to the room, everything was just great. The room was exactly how it was described, it was very clean and had a little kitchenette. Can not say enough good things about this place. Will DEFINITELY come back!!”

“Staff was very pleasant. Easy check-in and checkout and housekeeping staff were great about asking if we needed anything. Steps away from the gorgeous long sands beach--great view from our room. We opted for a first floor room as our grandkids were staying nearby and could easily pop in for visits. Although our room was at the street level, the room was very quiet. ”

“We have been vacationing in York Beach for 30years, by far BEST overall lodging experience- excellent communication, Cedar was extremely hospitable! Parking & check in could not have been easier. Room was well decorated, clean & very comfortable. Ability to park early & also leave the car and head over to the beach after check out was amazing! We will certainly be back & highly recommend!”
