「When I checked in, I noticed that it was humid. This is a walkout basement and it had been raining recently. After a quick walk through, I noticed several dead and alive bugs ( spiders and moisture bugs ) along baseboards. There were also small bugs crawling around in the shower and kitchen counters. The host reached out about the exterior light not working and I reported the bug issues as well as general cleanliness comments. The host said they would talk with the cleaner and offered to freshen...

「It's a home away from home」

「Good location for visiting the University. Very clean and looked new. We had a nice stay, however the instructions for parking garage and apartment building entrance & elevator were confusing. Also, misinformation on parking spot. Had a lot of back and forth communication with co-host for over an hour. Not fault of owners but note that there was a lot of street noise during night and early morning and a couple of homeless people just outside the building.」
