"I had a very pleasant stay! I totally forgot, though, that there's often live music on weekend nights directly outside the hotel - fortunately I was on the far side and the AC covered up the sound. Parking was very difficult in the public lot next to the hotel on Saturday night; finally found a spot after driving through the whole structure twice. :/"

I believe it was Vanessa at the front desk who checked us in. she had the most bubbly and welcoming personality! she gave us the run down on parking, amenities the hotel offered, how to get there, and any other questions we had she was insanely ready to help! the night staff was also wonderful! I frequent the iowa city area often and i will definitely be making this a reoccurring spot to stay as well as recommending it to anyone else coming this way! "
