“Spent a week and had a great trip”

“Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again.”

“What can I say? This cabin literally has famous Hat Creek in the backyard! It gives easy access to Baum Lake, lower Hat Creek, Pit River and Burney Falls. The house is clean and well appointed. Layout is perfect for families. We had a great time and hope to come back again!”

“It was a great place to stay and close to the site I was working at. Peaceful and beautiful place to stay. My wife and I enjoyed it. Nice views and plenty of wildlife to enjoy.”

“We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again”
