“The only negative was the fire alarm at 11:45 pm!!! ”

“Hotel had a perfect location wonderful lobby and room was very clean. Only bad thing is our Bottom sheets on the bed were put on sideways on both beds, therefore your feet were touching the mattress cover and there was about 3 feet on each side that was hanging to the floor. Very strange we had to remake our beds. Next day made service missed us. Also ice machine was not working on the floor, other than that room was great for the price ”

“Very nice property and very nice staff. The room was quite spacious and very nice even though we were only there for one evening. It would certainly be a room for a family of four could stay for many days consecutively. Parking fee was $12 a day, which is the only negative but all things considered I really like the place and would stay there again ”

“Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue was tgat we arrived at 1am. We paid for parking but there was no valet on duty. We were asked to park the car in the back of the building and they said they would take care of it. Although they asked us to hold onto tge keys. We were awoken at 7am as they needed the keys we offered to leave with them. ”

“Perfect location for a nice weekend in Greenville. Would definitely return. Despite being virtually sold out, hotel was very quiet. A nice surprise was Spoonbread restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast there. I had the salmon, poached eggs and salad and it the fish was cooked perfectly, seasoned well. Hotel location was central to and walkable to the best of downtown Greenville.”

“Hotel location is excellent, and the WiFi is also good for its speed and way to access. There was a false fire alarm during my stay. The staff handled this situation pretty well. ”

“Absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind, courteous and prompt responses from staff- can’t rate them all highly enough. This is from the front desk, the valets who helped us off load even though we were doing self-Parking, to the cleaning folks - all just wonderful. Have stayed at other hotels and other Marriotts and this is one of their best! ”
