Jonestown Hotel with Pool

"The hooks in the bathroom weren't there, shower light kept flickering, sprinkler was opened around it. Door on closet was coming off, fridge was off balance and drinks fell out, outlets on lamp didn't work. Rooms need to be redone. All the towels were messy not neatly folded. Staff was very nice. "

"The heat didnt warm the room up the water was luke warm the curtains did shut because their was one curtain instead off 2 the guy at the front dest was aggressive Took three different rooms before the door unlock. THE SIGN OUTSIDE FOR THIS HOTEL IS FADE I WAS TOLD NO SMOKING. I WOLE UP TO MARIJUANA SMELL IN MY ROOM.HE DOSW NOT GIVE RECIEPT FOR THE DEPOSIT"

"If you don’t mind screaming kids with parents who ignore them in the pool and hot tub, this is the hotel for you. If you don’t mind barking dogs because (gasp) people have to bring Fido and then lock him in the room, this is the hotel for you. If you don’t mind being told the buffet breakfast has different hours than posted, and then go during the “modified” hours and learn the breakfast is closed and when you bring it to the attention of the desk, they tell you there was a miscommunication and you must have heard the staff wrong, then this is the hotel for you. Now, for the positives - the shower has hot water, the pillows are comfortable."

"The hotal was conventiently located to the National Civil War Museum which the primary reason for our visit. The hotel was clean, room, especially the bed, was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good."
