"A lot of our county was out of power from an ice storm, and when we showed up for check in, they were swamped. Even so, they managed to help myself and another customer while still answering calls and questions within minutes. The hotel could have been a dump and I wouldn’t have complained because the employees at the desk were fabulous. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean and the pool was great."
