「Room was disgusting, had what looked like dried food an semen on bedding. No towels in room. Front office refused a refund after arguing about the cleanliness of room. Took an hour to get bedding changed after arguing with them. Would not recommend.」

「Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay」

「The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.」

「Staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, the hallway smelt nice. Even tho the pool is in the middle of the hotel, it doesn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Breakfast was okay, sausage was burnt on one side and eggs were watery but I have had worse at other places. Overall the hotel was great, super clean and very quiet.」

「There was no wifi, the room smelled like an ashtray, the staff all congregated in the courtyard smoking so if you did open a window for fresh air you just had smoke coming in. . They seem to have a lot of issues and we're constantly calling the owner for help. I don't think we'll be staying there again」
