「Great location in the heart of town and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Britt. Clean and comfortable room and property with multiple outdoor seating common areas. Property backs up to a park with splash pad for kids. Convenient parking allows for a short walk to the room.」

「It was hot and dry during our weeklong August stay, though the mornings were cool and the home’s air conditioning provided much-appreciated relief in the afternoons. The river running right behind the house is by far its greatest asset. The large deck provided a lot of space to stretch out and observe the daily wildlife, doze a bit, read a book, and just relax.The home carries itself with a quirky charm. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and had a reasonable selection of pots,...

「On our 8-day trip from Tennessee to Washington for Olympic National Park then down to Oregon for Crater Lake National Park we stayed in several places but this one was our favorite. Lots of space inside with lots of room outside to enjoy. It's close to the airport. The owners communicated well with us. There are more amenities than any other place we stayed. We're definitely recommend this lodging.」

「This townhouse is very nice. The primary bedroom suite is huge and well appointed. The 2nd bedroom (both are upstairs) has a queen bed and the bathroom is adjacent. The kitchen is excellent with very good appliances, up to date counter tops, etc. This was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay, and WAY better than getting 2 hotel rooms somewhere. (As an aside, a bit of touch up paint could easily cover up a few nicks/small holes in the walls in various rooms.)」

「What are darling little gem! The hot tub was such a wonderful treat—overlooking the river and mountains. We even got to see a few small town trains go by. The pillows and beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on away from home. Fun vintage/retro decor. I will be recommending this to friends who ever travel this way!」

「Sweet little place that was very clean. Owners were pretty much no contact which for us was nice, I'm sure it would have been different if there was an issue. The bridge you cross right after the gate was a bit scary to cross with your vehicle but it held up fine with two vehicles.」

「Knocked our socks off. Beautiful place, with animals in a green space and riverside hangouts on the Applegate. Lodgings next to the road, but that’s quiet at night and the river side is where you hang out. The host has built something special, and she’s on it all the time. She’s also more than tidy, so less is more, which some of us love. Don’t miss the tiny towns on the west, Applegate, Provolt, and Williams. They’re tiny but friendly.」
