「Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. 「Property was located right on the beach excellent location to all local attractions. Went with my husband and daughter. Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. In fact they even let us leave our car in the car park even after we had checked out, so we got the extra parking for the rest of the day. Will definitely...

「We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. There is no bathroom, you have to share the one on the 2nd...

「Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.」

So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready.
