“The good: staff was very friendly and kind and the reserve has a beautiful view over the valley below. They went out of there way to be helpful. The game vehicles were comfortable and we appreciated having a storage locker between the seats. Anzel was super kind and really tried hard. We liked the little surprises that they had throughout our stay. The bad: hot water in the shower was good for 2-3 minutes and then went cold. Elephants are on other side of the reserve and are too far to……

“Safari was good no complaints there however, We booked the honeymoon suite, it’s the same as all the other rooms just with rose petals on the bed. They charge you extra for sundowners if you have a double, they charge you for water on the drives even though it’s offered to you as if it’s included. Food is average, very basic. Some local cuisine would be nice. Staff very difficult over charging and bills, no menu provided or price list for extra game drives, they made up the prices. ”
