"I paid for the room a week in advance. I reached the apartment complex, I was told the host had no record of me or my payment by a housekeeper . I tried to reach out to the host five or six time but he never responded to my message. I send messages asking for my money back with no response. At the last moment, I was force to look for an apartment on my first day in Dominican Republic. I have reach out to VRBO but no one has responded to me neither."

"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"
