“Property was easy to find and parking available. Great breakfast. Expedia customers should be aware: Check-in instructions on Expedia are confusing and missing essential info. I followed notes from Expedia to contact property with arrival time, unfortunately property owner/manager stated they do not receive messages from Expedia and is unable to access customers email or phone number. Expedia does not list phone # for property. All this said, there was a little confusion checking in. Fortunately……

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the……

“This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was……

“Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit.”

“The front desk person was very pleasant. Parking was great. The room was a great size but in need of a little more attention to cleaning. Surprisingly quiet for a casino hotel which was nice. Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location.”

“Room was filthy. Mold in shower. Room was a king suite, looks like the property did a remodel and took the kitchen out.”

“The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .”

“Everything was great! I was exhausted from traveling with 3 boys alone. We made it into our room & were able to immediately relax. Our room smelled great, everything we needed was available, & our room was a comfortable temperature. I felt safe with my three boys & was able to truly rest! We will definitely stay again!”
