「The Hotel did not allow the guest to check in because they do not know anything about Expedia. I need a full refund of the money I paid. Could you imagine traveling a long distance to that end and thinking you were going to be rest and you are faced with such embarrassment. I NEED A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY!!!」

「Very bad area, unless you want to stay locked in your room the entire time, then don’t book here, it’s not safe, staff not helpful. I got locked in the bathroom in the lobby and was crying and afraid. The hotel is in a Somali only neighborhood so nothing like the real Nairobi. 」

「酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。」
