“The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times.”

“To be honest I was a little nervous when we pulled up but I was pleasantly surprised. They have done a great job with the decorations and amenities. Great rooms. Lots of small things that showed they cared. Highly recommend.”

“The only problem i had with the sray is the rooms are not handicap access. The toilets sit really low for a elderly person. They was gonna move us to a handicap room. They said it was one. But no railing in bathroom . Mu elderly mom had a hard time getting off toilet no walk in showers for the elderly or handicap .But it was a good stay.”

My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “This IHG was up to the usual high standards. You would expect from IHG. The elevator was out of service, so I gave an average rating for the facilities, but that could happen anywhere. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I would happily stay here again”

“I checked in, put my luggage down, and there were bed bugs all over the mattress. We left immediately.”

“The staff was wonderful. My room was "okay". There were old French fries with a dab of ketchup under the bathroom sink. My dog found the fries in a hurry. There were also fruit flies living under the rim of my bathroom sink, undoubtedly in some mold that inhabits there. There was no ironing board and one promised never came. The tiny dirt patch to potty dogs can be tough when people don't clean up after themselves. Not the hotel's fault but there is no other place to potty them.”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
