"I didn’t see the staff only at the front desk and at breakfast"

"And all my room was fine. I just kind of wish that we would’ve had a microwave versus being a gift and having to run to the lobby to a warmer food it should be an enjoying experience and a relaxing experience. I don’t think I should have to go to the lobby to warm up a meal that I would like to have in my room and run back upstairs."

"Parking is good, need to clean up area when someone spills something."

"Staff members were friendly. The food was excellent. The maintenance of the rooms was very poor. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it promotes connecting rooms. I called a week before to ask if I could have connecting rooms, and the staff member said I needed to call on the same day I was checking in and ask at that time. During that call, the person didn’t even ask for my reservation information. I called again two days before, and they said they would make a note and arrange for the rooms to be next to each other, but they would not be connected"

"The property was a little dated but overall well maintained. It was a little noisy with people running down rhe hall Breakfast was great."

"I have stayed at this property plenty of times I was a little disappointed my room wasn’t ready I didn’t really get into my room until a little after 4 which is a problem since check in is at 3. The tv on the wall in the room was crooked so that was weird watching tv. They don’t have social hour anymore which was fun in the evening on the weekends a couple of free drinks and snacks and mengal with other guests. A lot has changed there I hope they can bring that back"

"Property looks clean but i dont know about any other rooms but my rooms the carpet and sofa smelled like dogs urine i guess I was given a room that dogs are allowed to stay i dont know why I didn't travel with pets."

"Great hotel. Great location for Schaumburg. Breakfast is worth skipping… bad. But plenty of options within 10 min walk. "
