"Do not book here. No AC..in Florida. Dirty, damp, urine smelling beds. Breakfast bad, staff yelled at people accusing them of stealing water when they paid. You should be way more concerned about condition of hotel than a $1 bottle of water."

"The humidity in this room was disgusting. The room smelled like an old wet basement, mildew smell. Everything in the room felt moist, even the bed me and my child slept in. The shuttle is impossible to get in touch with and was in Spanish later in the day. Could not find the shuttle point and had to ride to the hotel with Hilton shuttle, thank goodness for that man. I would never stay here again "

"It was great staying here as we went on to Disney cruise. Breakfast was good and Shuttle service to Terminal 8 was excellent. Will come back to this hotel again if we plan next cruise "
