The main level at Endless Summer includes a well-appointed kitchen; fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking necessities, basic pantry items, serving dishes, a blender, coffee maker, toaster over, beach coolers, ice packs, a crock pot and more!

Modern chic meets coastal comfort in the main floor open living space with one of the most comfortable sofa's we've EVER sat on!

The indoor dining area is equipped with seating for 4 and 2 additional outdoor seating areas make the main level a great place to gather after a long day at the beach, or exploring the amazing activities Jupiter has to offer.

Relaxing and refreshing is the ahhhh-mazing breeze when both balcony doors are open in the cooler months.

A half bath and the compact washer and dryer are located on the first floor off of the kitchen.

Serene and peaceful, calm and inviting; It'll be easy to call Endless Summer home in your King or Queen 2nd floor bedroom suite.

The King bedroom offers a lake view, walk in closet, hangers, 2 nightstands with built in usb ports, bedside lamps, a large dresser, ceiling fan, 50" smart Tv and En-Suite bathroom.

The Queen bedroom is well outfitted with 2 nightstands, usb ports, bedside lamps, tall dresser, ceiling fan, 40" smart Tv, desk with chair, and En-Suite bathroom. This room also has a "chair and a half" that opens to a bed suitable for a small child (not a teen or an adult)

Endless Summer's balcony overlooks the lake and you can often hear people chatting on the walking path or at the pool, a tennis game in the distance and sometimes music from Twisted Tuna, when the doors are open.
There are no units above us, so noise from people walking is never an issue.

Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:
~On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification (all guests over 18 years of age), security deposit authorization and short term agreement with e-signature, for access to the property. Guest registration with ID's is required for community registration form and HOA parking permit (1 parking permit included per unit-vehicle information required). ID verifications, security deposit authorization and short term agreement are required within 48 hours of booking.

~Airbnb collects their booking fee from the guest and from the host, we cannot modify the fee they charge. Direct Bookings, no cc processing fee IF payment is made via check or ACH payment. Booking via Vrbo, the "host fee" you will see in your charges lists an "admin fee", is the cc processing fee.

`Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**

~The ring doorbell camera outside the entrance is not actively monitored. The ring is for security purposes and may not be tampered with.

~Violations of the Short Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation.

~4 Adults max

~Parking permit for 1 vehicle is provided-Id verifications are required to obtain the permit. A second vehicle can be registered for overnight parking-a permit is REQUIRED. A fee of $25 is assessed separately for the second vehicle.

~Guests are responsible for any and all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.

We love our pets and your pets, however Endless Summer is a pet free home.

Service animals require proof of vaccination and a check up w/in the last 30 days.
Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone. Doorbell camera may be used to monitor this policy.
Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture. Owner must bring coverings if the service animal is required to be on furnishings.
Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home.

Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor.

A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals.

Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do not book with us if that is your intent.
Violations of the above will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time.
