I apologize about the trash from previous guests - had you let us know we would have tended to it or any other concerns immediately - as we do with any guests. The property size/description/number of bathrooms, etc. are explained in exhaustive detail and are as advertised - we do not control VRBO summary in their property description. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned and is typically spotless as is evidenced by numerous other reviews and repeat guests over the last almost two decades. I cannot comment on your experience with the professionally maintained ACs or the performance of a brand new Bosch dishwasher as we were not made aware of any issues during your stay or would have addressed any issues right away. The guests that stayed right after you left a very positive review so not sure what the issues were that you had experienced. Thank you for your other suggestions - we are always open to constructive feedback and have incorporated many guest comments over the years. We did communicate about your parking your work truck overnight in a high end luxury community. It is in the rental agreement which is required for our rental as it is for most/all VRBO rentals. Again, sorry you did not enjoy your stay and wish we could have had the opportunity to address your concerns had we been made aware of them.

The listing on VRBO is accurate and in fact correctly details the number and type of bathrooms at the house, even including such minor details as specifying that the outdoor shower is hot/cold. It does however round up the count of 2 "full baths" and 2 "half baths" to a total of 4 in their generalized description while immediately below providing the breakdown of type. We are glad you were able to enjoy your Thanksgiving in a beautifully renovated multi-million dollar house with gorgeous wood floors, Subzero/Bosch kitchen, custom pool/spa, all a short walk to the beach on Jupiter Island. We are certainly very proud to have been able to offer this luxury property to guests over the last 15+ years.

Thank you so much for your kind words! Glad you enjoyed the house - yes, we do try to think of different things that guests may need on their vacation and are always adding amenities to the property. You probably didn't see the decorative basket with 8 beach towels?! Not sure about the dishwasher - we'll take a look at what the issue may be, the cleaning crew ran it fine just before your arrival.
