“原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。”

“地點優越，從機場坐火車十七分鐘到站再從車站行三至四分鐘便到達酒店（從火車站落車後落一層經地下通道直行然後再撘lift上地面最快）；地鐵站和火車站相連，出入其他旅遊景點交通非常之超級方便(如參加local tours, 集合上車地點也很近，只需要二分鐘步程）。酒店位置安全聆静，房間乾淨舒適，有開放式廚房，微波焗爐洗衣機洗碗碟機並提供各一次性份量的簡單清潔劑及用品。今次要非常感謝酒店短髮的女接待員親切友善專業服務態度，令我們有一個開心快樂的Copenhagen 之旅，多謝妳。”

“Exceeded expectations. Was perfect for a friends trip to be able to have a common space to hang out with separate bedrooms, and the convenience of a hotel with a check in desk and someone to ask questions about the property. The location was perfect, nestled within a cute neighborhood to live like a local. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few blocks that were easy and really good. There's 2 groceries stores close as well for food and forgotten toiletries. It was easy to walk……

“Great apartment in a good location. Didn’t receive the arrival email but access sorted through hotels.com promptly. Very clean and quiet. Got fit being on the top floor with no lift! Nice roof garden would definitely stay again. Only small grumble is there were no cushions on the kitchen chairs so they were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise perfect”

“Alt var som forventet, og lige lidt til. Lækker lejlighed, lækre møbler og dyner. Parkering foran lejlighed er møj dyrt :) Rengøringen af lige misset at gøre rent under sofaen - fandt en uventet "gave" da sengen skulle slås ud.”

“房間非常寬敞，設施亦很齊全，有廚房和洗衣機，樓下亦有gym。可惜洗衣機門常打不開，但其中一位員工非常熱心幫忙，問題也得以解決。只是他不在的時候，其他員工不懂怎麼協助，承諾明天會有技工解決，但洗衣機門依然打不開，也沒有交代有沒有人來整過，或是有其他原因所以未能解決。住在這裏大致上都非常愉快，只是這個問題上，覺得員工向我們交代一聲會比較好。”

“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“This is the second time that my husband and I stayed in one of the apartments. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it is very quiet. The kitchen had up to date appliances and a washer and drier unit. It’s a few blocks from the main train station and several blocks from a grocery store as well as walking distance to the central city. Because the Hypernym is also a hotel there are staff members available twenty four hours a day. We plan……

“Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before ”

“Wir bekamen den Schlüsse ohne Probleme. Eine große Wohnung mit toller Küche super für Selbstversorger. Mit dem Bus ging es Problemlos in die Innenstadt. Großes Einkaufscenter ist auch in der Nähe. Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden. Ich empfehle mit Kindern die Kopenhagen Card. Wir würden wieder kommen.”

“General: Room and hotel are comfortable and easy to navigate. The location is easy to get to other areas of the City and the neighborhood itself is enjoyable. Our family of 4 slept comfortably and had enough space with a larger room upgraded (and paid additionally for) at checkin. Free breakfast was delicious and easy for all of us to find something. Service: Staff was very helpful on a cleanup we needed and a credit card left in the lockers. They also often had large volumes of travelers to……
