“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”

“Charming little pub with lots of cool original features. Large bedroom and a comfortable bed. Everything works really well. Now, the food at this place is honestly on another level. I have never had any food inside a pub this good. This pub is well known for serving up some of the best food. Locals are highly complimentary about the dining experience here.”

“Close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very convenient. No free parking, which was shown otherwise at the time of booking. Room not spacious but big enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. ”

“Stayed overnight to attend a friend’s birthday in Esher. Great location, reasonably priced and really friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean room with tea and coffee facilities which was great in the morning. Easy access to room out of hours and easy key drop when we left.”

“Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.”

“The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested. Having said that; this didn't take anything away from……
