「When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk Jay Jay I believed his name was? He was standing there helping another guest whom was in front of me and he stayed professional the whole time with a smile on his face even though it was New Year’s Eve and people were coming left and right. Once he got to me we engaged in small talk and he still had a smile on his face and threw out some suggestions on where to go. 「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」
