「We wanted to stay close to Turtle Bay, with easy walking distance to the beach. We could get to the beach and some restaurants within 10 minutes. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had one very minor issue with the dryer and the caretaker responded promptly when I contacted them. We would most definitely stay there again.」

「The check-in instructions were to retrieve the key from the lock box. However, there was no key in the box and the door was locked. We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her.
After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully...
