「I love Kauai beach resort and spa because of the friendly staff which made our stay pleasant.The room was clean an very up to date and it was in a convient spot close to Lihue and Kapaa.」

「I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced.
