“I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked through Expedia, and when I checked in, there was absolutely no mention of the major noises happening directly below my room.
Starting at 8:30 AM, there has been nonstop noise—loud hammering and drilling. (it’s currently 11 AM as I’m writing this, and it’s still ongoing). The noise is so loud that it’s impossible to sleep or relax, which completely defeats the purpose of being on vacation.
I went to the front desk, and they said……

“I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. I’ve stayed at many sea resorts. Including some other Sheratons. This is by far the worst. And not close to the……

“Food selection was minimal, felt nickle and dimed for everything, the walls are very thin, do not pay for an upgraded room it was not worth it. Hotel added nearly $1000 in fees or charges above what I paid through expedia for my trip. It was good they had a pool as the beach is not swimmer friendly. Do not eat here there is cheaper/better food available with a 5 minute walk.”
