“The facility was clean and a good space. The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable. Given an unforeseen issue with our rental vehicle we asked to check out just a bit later, the front desk agent had no empowerment and the maid staff literally kicked us out, was rude and aggressive when I asked to stay for just one hour more. It was raining and we had no where to go. I stay in hotels weekly and have never, ever, been treated so rudely. While the facility was acceptable, the attitude of the……
