“Checking-in is a long wait. There should be only one line instead of separate lines in front of each front desk agent. We were 3rd in line in front of an agent but we stood and waited for 45 minutes while he took care of the guests in front of us. Our room ( Junior Suite with Kaaba View) was fantastic. Everything else was okay. ”

“Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. Very friendly and always checked on us if we needed anything. Very efficient and……
