「The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「We reserved 2 queen bedroom with city view and when we got there they had a king bed room with wrong view and we had to upgrade for a 2 queen with view which I think was very shady. We paid and reversed for transportation to the train station and they tried to charge us again even though we already paid. The hotel is good and we have stayed there before but I think they are adopting shady business practices.」

「Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service. The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean. 」
