Our beautiful One Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Corner Unit is extremely rare! Located on the 5th floor of the Aloha Tower featuring breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the Living Room, Open Kitchen and the Bedroom. Enjoy both morning sunrises and evening sunsets from this unit.

Maui Ka’anapali Villas is situated on 11 acres of beautiful ocean and beachfront property, lushly landscaped, exotic tropical gardens with breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Resort amenities include Castaways Restaurant, 2 tropical pools, complete with umbrellas and Jacuzzi, a kid’s pool and BBQ grills. Resort also features shuffleboard, small fitness center, a laundry facility, an on-site activity beach shack for kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, canoeing, stand up paddle and cabana rentals.

Activities to do off the resort are 2.8 mile Kaanapali Beachwalk, a spectacular Oceanside trail connecting all of the Kaanapali beach resorts and restaurants, 4 nearby Championship Golf Courses, Tennis at Royal Lahaina Tennis, snorkel or swim at Black Rock or Honolua Bay. Fantastic Shopping and fine restaurants are minutes away at Whalers Village.

Great condo in a beautiful setting. Airport beach is amazing as well a castaway’s for dinner right on the property.. condo was clean and well appointed. Would recommend it to family and friends looking for a west side rental.

Incredible stay

My wife and I loved staying at this unit at the MKV. It was amazing waking up to the ocean views. The kitchen was large and fully stocked, which was a great benefit. There were ample towels/amenities and the A/C worked very well. We will definitely book this unit again on our next trip to Maui.

Wonderful Trip!

We've been to Maui several times, and this was our favorite trip - the condo was perfect with beautiful views, all the amenities needed, a gorgeous beach, and a shuttle to take you to the Whaler's Village. We appreciated having beach chairs (in the unit) and towels provided by the complex. It was a relaxing vacation to celebrate our anniversary!

Great location with beautiful views

The condo was clean, well equipped, luxurious, and good value. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The king bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella, although the cooler is on its last legs. The location is great with a nice walk to many restaurants - its about a mile to Whalers Village. Quick walk to beach, and great snorkeling right off the beach or a short walk to Black Rock. We would stay here again

Beyond Perfect!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days while attending a wedding and couldn't be happier with it and the Maui Kaanapali Villas complex. The 180 degree view of the ocean from both rooms was fantastic and the Castaways restaurant was ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We utilized the complementary trolley to travel to the Whalers Village for shopping and eating. Dan was an outstanding host who was available if needed. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Maui!

Amazing Views

We were very impressed with the property. Although we have been coming to Kaanapali for over 20 years we had not discovered the KMV property. We often came to Castaways for breakfast over the years but never paid much attention to the Villas. The beach is amazing to look at and to walk along. The music at Castaways was special. Just all around good vibe!!

Beautiful Ocean View

The view from the condo is stunning. It really is just as nice in person. There is very little balcony or lanai space, which was not ideal. However, you can open the doors and close the screens giving the overall feel of an indoor/outdoor space. The kitchen was nice, and was well appointed with everything we needed. The couch was really comfortable for hanging out and watching tv. The bed and linens were comfortable and there's plenty of closet space. The bathrooms could use updating, and although it's available on the property, I prefer to have laundry in the unit. The shuffleboard and ping pong were fun and it was nice having a restaurant on the property. Overall the property appears older but it's clean, safe and the staff is friendly.

Roomy and Relaxing Atmosphere

The unit had everything we needed for a family of four and a 10 night stay on Maui. It was spacious, clean and quiet. Having two bathrooms was great and tons of closet storage. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach - beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers. The property was well maintained, beautifully landscaped, had convenient parking and Castaways restaurant was consistently wonderful. Some reviews mention trouble with the attitude of the resort staff, but we did not experience that. We found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. The A/C in the living room did not cool easily but the bedroom cooled perfectly. The beach walk is really convenient and provides access to Black Rock Beach within 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. The trolley to and from Whaler’s Village was fun and convenient as well.

Perfect place for our Maui vacation

My husband and I were so pleased with this condo. The unit was decorated very nicely and so well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had nice dishes, pots, pans, literally everything you would want for cooking a meal. The appliances were spotless. We appreciated having basic spices and condiments provided so we didn’t have to buy those things. The owners also have beach umbrellas and chairs for guests to use. Having a second full bathroom was a real plus. There was plenty of storage and closet space for our things. The bed was super comfortable with nice sheets and bedding. There was a lot of natural light which made the space bright and cheerful. Of course, the best thing was the gorgeous view of the beach and ocean!! What a pleasure it was to wake up to that view every morning. The location was great as well. It was an easy drive from the airport with plenty of grocery stores available along the way and near the condo. A trolley was available to take us to Whaler’s Village where there were some high end shops and nice restaurants. The owner, Dan, was very responsive to questions and even found us a place where we could play pickle ball! Thank you, Dan, for the sweet welcome gift and for all you did to make this a special vacation for us!!

Roomy enough for four. Perk was two full bathrooms. Nice touches like makeup towels we loved the views and the pool is really nice. Lots of flies, but that's not on the owners. It's the time of year (November). Would stay again: great location.

This stay was for our honeymoon and my first trip to Hawaii. To say my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. This property was absolutely stunning with an even more impressive view. It was exceptionally clean and also had beach equipment that was available for us to use. This made our very short walk down to the beach better with chairs, umbrella, and we even indulged in making a sand castle!

Gorgeous Ocean Views

Breathtaking ocean views! We loved our stay in this beautiful one bedroom two bathroom condo, it was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are amazing views from the bedroom and living room. We loved the easy access to the uncrowded beach and appreciated the beach chairs, skim board and boogie boards. Fantastic stay in paradise!
