「Friendly staff in a great location 」

「We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....
