"Be careful, they charge per day to park on top of per day fees, taxes, and charity fees, it's all hidden from the original transactions, meaning they don't tell you up front, when asked, they get an attitude and say things like, "you don't have a choice", actually, as a consumer, I have a choice where I spend my money and I can "choose" to spend it elsewhere. The room carpet was filthy, don't walk on it without shoes. They are more concerned with playing Hawaii five 0 on guests, rather than make sure their guests are comfortable (I watched them hassle a man and his sons because they were standing about 10 feet outside the smoking pavilion) they claimed others were complaining, news flash, smoke travels anyway, it's not going to stay contained under an open pavilion lol"

"This was an amazing day for me and my wife after 25 years of marriage for our anniversary. The check-in was easy. The flights were well planned out and we had an amazing time. The host were excellent at directing us for what we wanted to see and again I can’t say enough about how amazing they made our time there. We did not want to leave!"

"We had a ocean/poolside view from our room which was breathtaking. The employees were nice and helpful when needed. The grounds were clean and very safe easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, the bus and more importantly the beach! Plenty of parking and close to the building. Multiple elevators for fast service, laundry in every room with a full kitchen. Iwould definitely stay here again and also recommend to anyone I know! "

"Beautiful view as shown and just a short walk to the beach. Unit was well equipped and a nice, roomy living area, but will note that the carpet needs updating. The host was very friendly with timely communications in answering questions and providing rental and check in details."

"The condo was exactly as pictured. Great location, wonderful view. We sat on the balcony and watched the whales play a little off shore. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make a meal. The whole facility is beautiful. We didnt really use the pool because we prefer the beach but the pool looked nice, though no jacuzzi. The room did not have AC but did have alot of fans to keep us comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"The room was big which was the best thing about it. The roof leaked and the management did nothing to address our concerns except send a guy with a bucket. The elevator was broke the whole time. I would not stay here again."

"This condo, resort and location is even better then the pictures on the listing. Great view of the beach from your balcony and living room window. Our family enjoyed this location and resort much more then Kaanapali's resorts to the south as they are not as intimate and as close to the beach. The restaurant on site was great along with having a pool and hot tub right next to the ocean. This location was perfect for us and the condo on floor 3 made it easy to have access to the water quickly. John was great, accommodating and easy to work with. It definitely allowed us to make the lasting memories we were wanting. "
