Great stay!

We had a great stay! Spacious unit with a great patio. The AC units work well to cool down the unit including the upper unit once they are on. Kids loved the pool and pickleball after dinner. Mahalo for a wonderful few days!

The beautiful view can't be beat. I would choose this place again. Only gave 4 stars because the mattresses need to be replaced.

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. Had some trouble with sliding doors to deck and dishwasher. Also one toilet needed several flushes.

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

Had a wonderful week stay at this oceanfront property. Easy check-in and check-out with accommodations and furnishings even better than expected. Location is convenient to Kailua-Kona, restaurants, grocery, and local beach park for snorkeling. A lovely property with amenities on site, have stayed at multiple units at Kona Surf and Racquet Club and will most certainly return.

Amazing condo with a stunning view!

This was our 3rd time renting a condo at Kona Surf and Racquet Club and this unit was definitely our favorite so far. Location to the ocean and cleanliness was absolutely perfect.

Whales galore!

We loved out time at your condo. We felt like we had a huge screen tv to look at all of the time and spent a good amount of time with binocs looking for whales. One did a full breach not to far from shore. Spectacular!!!

Grad Celebration 2023

We have rented this condo before, and when our daughter was offered a trip as a graduation present she asked to come back here, without hesitation. The added in-unit beach and water sport equipment made excursions effortless. Now that we know our way around, we recognize the convenience of location, proximity to grocery, pharmacy, snorkeling, even cinema for and rainy days. Our best family vacation to date!

Great property!

This property was in a great location, very clean and had lots of amenities. I would definitely stay again. I do want to clarify that it is on the third floor without an elevator. That is a non-issue for most people, but we were unaware, and it was a challenge for someone in our party.

Great home base for our 2 week trip to Hawaii.

The location was great. Had a nearby grocery, a close beach, lots of beach equipment to use, beautiful view of sunsets. 2 king bedrooms were comfortable but queen cabinet bed was not. Advertised as 3 bedroom but you lose living space and main floor tv if you use the media room bedroom. Also outside air conditioning unit is on the lanai. It is loud and blows hot air all the time. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful Place, Beautiful View

The condo was as beautiful as pictured. We so enjoyed sitting on deck and watching sunsets. Tastefully decorated and plenty of supplies - very welcoming and appreciated! The upstairs "loft" bedroom was amazing. Washer/Dryer was large and excellent. It is either a long walk or very short drive to snorkeling/swimming with great snorkeling opportunity there. As mentioned elsewhere the venting of the AC on deck is not ideal. However that is balanced by fact that the 5 AC units really did the job in cooling the house.

Anniversary Celebration Vacation

This property more than met our expectations for this visit to Hawaii. The location was perfect. Close enough to town but far enough away to have some seclusion. Accessibility to nearby beaches for snorkeling was a real bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed going to a local fish market and grilling on the barbeques. There was lots of recreational equipment to enjoy the use of while we were there. We also added to this supply for your next guests. The living space was perfect for 3 couples. The 3rd floor had an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Listening to the crashing waves from the bedroom off the lanai was awesome. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit the Big Island.

Gorgeous view!

This a very nice condo and very well stocked with snorkels and masks, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The kitchen was also stocked with essentials which made eating in easy. The upstairs bed was broken and had to be jerry rigged. We reported it but no one came to fix it. The TVs would not connect to the internet so we used our iPads. The internet was very good. Sunsets were spectacular. The pool provided hours of enjoyment for our grandsons.

Charming Oceanfront Condo

The location of this condo is perfect for going to Kona, the beaches, restaurants, airport and more. We loved our stay here. The place was exceptionally decorated and had everything we needed for a 9-night stay for six adults. The rooms were comfy and clean and having three full bathrooms was fantastic. The management was communicative and responsive - exceptional really. We felt welcomed and special upon arrival and our two milestone birthdays in our group were delightfully acknowledged with some thoughtful gifts upon our arrival. This was one of the BEST experiences that I have had with VRBO and I would recommend these folks to everybody. I honestly felt right at home in this charming place and I felt that management went out of their way to make us feel this way. After being awake for nearly 24 hours to get there, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for an awesome time. I cannot wait to come back! Sincerely, Lori and crew.

Not clean and many things falling apart or not working

The unit had not been cleaned. Maybe they felt it didn't need to because it had been vacant? Towels and linens were dusty, floors were dirty bathrooms were dirty. Outside chairs literally fell apart, toaster broken, AC made noise. View was beautiful. We love Kona.
