Excellent condition and location

The unit was in excellent condition, quiet but at the same time at walking distance from the water, farmer's market and lots of restaurants. Lots of parking and easy access to the main roads for any daytrip.

Instruction was very clear. Check in was easy. Location is the best right in the middle of town. Communication was amazing, we needed something and the host responded and got them for us right away. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great Rental Condo in Kona

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best place I've stayed in Kona so far. Clean apartment, central AC with multiple registers, and easy check-in!

The kind of was close to town. It had everything that you could possibly need. The owners actually bought an air fryer for me because I didn't realize there wasn't an oven kind of the microwave is a convection,but I didn't know how to work it. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

Unit was as expected. It would be nice if there was less "stuff/decorations" on all the shelves and items in the drawers. It was hard to find room to put my things, and I only had enough for 3 days.
