Top floor condo unit across from Magic Sands beach. Well stocked with beach supplies and pantry needs.

White Sands stay

Overall, our stay was positive and the property was great. We used the community grill in the pool area several times. The location was wonderful. The one downside was the beds in the guest bedroom - the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

What a fantastic location

Beautiful beach facing property! Magic sands beach park is 1min walk down the stairs. It’s the only beach with real white sand on the island. Great location, safe, almost upscale. Property is extremely well maintained with great friendly neighbors. Highly recommended for families with kids. Spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is so beautiful and clean and it has all you need for your vacation. It is located across from the beach which was so much fun for our family. We totally recommend it and we would love to go back someday.

Family Vacation Success!

The property was great! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Management was quick to respond when we reached out with questions. You cannot beat that location! We always try to stay near Magic Sands when we visit the Big Island. The only negative were the twin beds. My adult children were sore and complaining about how stiff and unforgiving the beds were by the end of the trip. The twin beds could definitely use some extra padding or upgrading.
