Fantastic Stay
Trent and Debbie’s condo exceeded our expectations. From the condo layout, the cleanliness, the view from the lanai, and the location, we could not have been more pleased. We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening beverages on the lanai. The view of the sunset over the ocean from the lanai was spectacular on some of the nights. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was ideal - within walking distance to the beach, shopping area and free shuttle into Kona. The setting was perfect - beautiful view of the golf course and ocean, the amenities in the condo were great - from kitchen supplies and appliances, to washing machine/dryer and beach chairs/umbrellas for use as well as 3 pools. Comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our group. We were here for the Kona ironman, and the everything exceeded our expectations - would definitely recommend this property to anyone else travelling to Kona. We were friends staying here, but would also be great for families with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the pools on site.

Spectacular Views in Keauhou
Trent and Debbie's property in Keauhou was wonderful! The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the views were spectacular. The property is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Kona, but still close enough to easily access everything the Kona side of the island has to offer. You could also easily visit other areas of the island in one day. The condo had everything we needed and more and the owners were so helpful and accommodating. We will be sure to return on future trips to the Big Island.

Amazing Paradise in Kona!
Our Big Island holiday was all the more impressive and enjoyable due to this superb condo which more than met our expectations! We so enjoyed the peace and quiet, daily interaction with nature on our doorstep and everything we needed right at hand. We were able to do our cooking and use the BBQ for our meals and spent most of our condo time out on the lanai enjoying the wonderful views and beautiful weather. Is perfectly situated to access roads to nearby snorkelling, town of Kaluia-Kona or other points of interest. Thanks for leaving info books on birds, fish and flora! We so enjoyed our stay at your lovely home Trent and Debbie and thank you full heartedly for allowing us to stay there and your immediate and kind response to our last minute call for assistance! Beautiful ocean view and gorgeous sunsets!
Great location. Convenient to everything. Local grocery nearby. My family and I enjoyed our week-long stay in this condo. They did a beautiful job with the remodel. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into the design. We had everything we needed to cook several meals. They also had plenty of towels as well as beach gear. The condo was almost perfect for my family of 4. We probably came during the hottest time of the year, so the ceiling fans (although plenty throughout the condo) was not enough to keep us cool. My children and I stayed in the master bedroom with the window A/C on almost all night while my husband stayed in the “other” room. Note: This is truly a 1 bedroom / 2 bath condo. The “second bedroom” is a converted dining room, I believe. This is where the Murphy bed is. This was not an issue for my husband as he said the Murphy bed was quite comfy. We had a few minor issues, but nothing worth mentioning here as I truly appreciate Trent being so responsive to rectify our concerns. Overall, it was a lovely condo with everything we needed and more. We also made use of the pool. And, oh….THE SUNSETs FROM THE LANAI ARE GORGEOUS!!!

What an incredible view!
I was not prepared to walk in and immediately be stunned by the picture-perfect view that goes right out to the ocean. My 93 yr old dad and I stayed here and it couldn't have been better. Everything was very clean, well labeled and organized. The kitchen had ever appliance and device you could possibly need and making dinner was easy. The pool was lovely and also very clean and the other tenants and/or guests staying at these condos were all very pleasant. I would unequivocally recommend this condo to everyone!

Perfect Hawaii Retreat!!
Love, love, love this VRBO rental! I truly cannot say enough positive things about the condo and its owners. The unit is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, the owners have graciously included many amenities (including beach blankets, towels, and cooler) which made our stay easy-breezy, the chef's kitchen is fully stocked, and .... THE VIEW!! The location was perfect as a jumping off point for exploring, yet close enough to the heart of Kona to pop over for dinner. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat where your Aloha spirit will be recharged, this is the place!!

Great location, superb host- everything you could ask for!
This condo was the perfect rental for my wife and I. The view from the lanai and master was right over the golf course then the ocean. It was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. Given the nature of being a condo, it was extremely private feeling. We only saw the friendly neighbors on the driveway side. A decent grocery store right down the street one way, swimming with mantas just around the corner the other way. Trent was quick to respond to emails/texts before our arrival and helped us out of a self-created bind when we got there. If we are lucky enough to visit again, this rental is on the top of our list,

Tout simplement formibable! On a voyagé beaucoup et ce condo a été parmi les meilleurs! Il est pensé pour que les voyageurs se sentent bien, tout dans les moindres détails (des épices, sac à lunch, raque pour sècher le linge, même une balance pour les valises) Rien n'est laissé au hasard, il y a un cartable avec tout les informations à savoir sur le condo ou les choses à faire. Il est situé devant un mini jardin remplis de fleurs et d'oiseaux, un délice à regarder en prennant son petit déjeuner. Très facile de communiquer avec Trent et Debbie et ils sont très accueillants même si on ne les a pas vus, ils partagent leur petit coin de Paradis. On le recommande fortement et au plaisir d'y retourner Mahalo!

Perfect location
We spent one week here during the Ironman World Championships. The location is tranquil but close enough to downtown Kona, for us it was the perfect balance. Trent and Debbie are a pleasure to work with and they are very responsive. NOTHING was amiss, they have thought of absolutely everything you could need and more! Everything is clearly labelled and a binder is awaiting your arrival with every detail needed. You will not regret your stay at this condo.

We enjoyed this condo from the moment we opened the door and stepped in. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen was so nice and very well organized. The king size bed very comfortable. The view on the lanai was spectacular both morning and night. Each morning we woke up to the birds singing and looked forward to our coffee and breakfast on the lanai. Each evening on the lanai we enjoyed our dinner as we watched the sunsets. So relaxing and peaceful. We loved the location in Keauhou and there is a nice grocery store close by. The washer and dryer looked new and clean, a very nice added feature! The golf course and the pool area were so very well kept up. The owners attention to detail when putting this condo together was incredible, they seem to have thought of so many extra things to make this condo such a most wonderful place to stay. Trent was most kind and was very easy to work with. Thank you!!

Dream Sunset Views
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have rented all over the Big Island, and Keauhou is a great place to be central to most, but without the crowds. Great places to drop in and snorkel or swim or shop at farmer's markets. The condo is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a coffee grinder! Trent was very helpful when we had a couple of snags, responding immediately to resolve them. Sitting on the lanai and enjoying our coffee in the cool of the morning was the highlight of our day. We were visited by a pheasant(!), mongoose, all manner of beautiful birds, and mischievous geckos! The bed is very comfortable, the wifi works well, and there are many options on the TV. In addition to the morning, we made it back almost every evening to sit on the lanai and watch the sunset over the ocean. We will definitely be returning.

Won't let you down.
This condo is truly wonderful. It is in a very convenient location with spectacular views. Once we got there we wanted to stay on the lanai and enjoy the view all day, the pictures don't do it justice. I must also mention that is was very peaceful, we were so relaxed there. The condo was very well appointed and a short drive to a grocery store. It is walking distance to the boat dock where many of our excursions were based. We stayed at 4 different VRBO's on this trip. Had we known then, what we know now, we would have booked the entire stay here. Trent was very easy to communicate with and we had no 'issues'. We HIGHLY recommend this condo.

Wonderful Condo for trip to the Big Island
Trent and Debbie have a beautiful home with a beautiful setting and view. They have thought of everything that guests would need to make the most out of their visit to Hawaii. They are very responsive to any inquiries and have left plenty of notes within the condo to help guests use the property to its fullest. We loved the view from the lanai and watching the sunset every evening. The condo complex is quiet and you hardly hear and noise from the neighbors. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting the big island on the Kona side.

My wife and I enjoyed this VRBO rental. The condo is well equipped from the gas-grill, beach things, plenty of towels including beach towels, very well equipped kitchen. For coffee lovers, you can choose between Keurig, Mr Coffee, or French Press. Plenty of utensils and cooking devices (like a rice cooker). Although eating out is fun, having poke on the laini watching the sunsets are excellent. The owners were quick to answer any questions. I would certainly stay here again

We loved our stay, no issues at all. Great communication from owner and very clean. Remodel is well done and modern. Lots of room for one or two couples. Both bathrooms are very nice. Easy drive to downtown or walk to ocean close by.

Be sure to get home for the sunsets!
The sun rises early in Kona, get up, out and enjoy the island, but be back at 402 in time to watch the sunset from the Lanai. Priceless!

Everything you need for a great vacation!
We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful condo. The lanai is gorgeous, quiet, and relaxing with a beautiful view. Watch the sunset every night! The condo is the most well stocked I’ve ever experienced. Everything you need for the beach is included from towels to snorkel gear to beach umbrellas. The location is central to everything. The best snorkeling is only five minutes away and you are less than two hours from anywhere you want to visit on the island.
