“The stay was simply awesome”

“The hotel was very dirty. Garbage cans overflowing outside. Moldy ac vent in the room. Garbage left in the room from previous tenants. cockroach in our bathroom. The sink had snot and toothpaste residue from previous tenants.”

“The bathroom was very small and the bathtub seemed to not refurbishing.”

“Hotel was very nice. Staff and grounds were great. The reason for giving a neutral review is our room was right next to loud live music until 1AM. I feel we should have been warned about the room at check in or before and given an option for a room on the other side of the hotel. Please be sure to ask about this when making your reservation and check in.”

“For the amount of money paid, you would think there would be a microwave andrefrigerator in the room. No cleaning service no cell service and spotty Wi-Fi. The shower was terrible hot water to cold water without changing the knob no steady temperature half of the restaurants not open or closed early food, choices, or limited not worth the money. Should’ve just stayed in Holiday Inn for half the price”

“We have stayed at Old Kinderhook a number of times over the last several years. The staff are so friendly, the property is well maintained and clean. My husband loves the golf course!! We do feel the rooms need a major remodel and update. In the past we had to ask for a hair dryer, but we did have one in our room this visit. Fortunately, we were only in our room a couple of hours in the evening as the TV was old and had a horrible picture. They could stand to invest in new ones. If you don't……
