There was a billing issue. In fact, the receipt in Expedia is not my receipt. It's not my name and has the incorrect amount on the receipt. We are waiting for our account to show the exact correct amount. The staff member attempted to fix the error last night, but as of today, checkout on 10/12/25, our receipt in Expedia is still not my name and has the incorrect amount. We are watching our account to make sure the adjustment comes through.
It was not comfortable for my husband that the staff spoke in another language, not English, while taking care of the incorrect amount. We were placed in a room that was more expensive and asked to move. The woman who helped us was very nice and tried to help. She also helped us move our luggage, which was very nice. The gentleman that was working with her, in the other hand, seemed to be unhappy with her. Everyone makes mistakes. She did her part in trying to fix it. We will see in a day or two, whether the error in charge was actually fixed when, and if, it shows up in our account. We will be calling if it has not been fixed.
This facility needs new blankets and needs to paint the parts of the wall that are "fixed", but not painted. There were no hangers in our room. There was no Kleenex in the spot in the bathroom (side of sink) where the Kleenex box goes. The room was clean, however, and looked as if they were updating.
