「Lovely old building which has been modernised well. In the most incredible location and walking distance to most of the main must do sites. Huge choice of restaurants and bars very close by. Buzzy, fun area. As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much. Gianlucca the property manager was an absolute superstar and couldn't have been more accommodating. Palermo is the most wonderful...

「What a lovely space. We arrived around 11 at night by taxi and were having difficulty getting in. I phoned the owner and he answered the phone and assisted us immediately. We had the best sleep of our travels thus far. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect bathroom and coffee facilities. Close to the central part of town. Highly walkable.」

「Suuuuper nice host. He introduced the whole city and the room to help us adapt to it quickly. The bed is too comfortable that we had difficulty to wake up. The location is great, just near the Piazza Bellini. The spa is comfortable to help us relax after the all day trip and walking in the city. The breakfast in a nearby Cafe shop is delicious.」

「Immaculate room, excellent location. Beware the difference between private bath and ensuite bath as the former is across the hall and has to be unlocked/relocked every visit. Only one room has a “private” bath The rest have ensuite. Checkin is a bit difficult as there is no onsite staff so it must be coordinated via whatsapp or some third party website ahead of time. The only annoyance that would keep us from visiting again was the doorbell to the rooms area that looks like a light switch. ...

「订房时没注意到是套房，多订了一个房间，给了3个套房，浪费了。房间比较大也比较舒适。在市区，虽然不在禁行区域，但车只能停到距酒店较远的公共停车区，主要是码头那里的马路边，比较担心车受损，还好没事。吃饭很方便，去景点都不是很远，基本走路。」
