"Great hotel, clean helpful staff."

"Staff were excellent, cannot fault them! Our room was spacious, but a couple of issues like the bidet wasn't working on the first day but it was fixed the next day. The room was very hot and a lady staff helped us by opening the balcony to let the cool air in. Also she brought a fan which was a big help! We've stayed here before and we are familiar with the area around it. We stay here before or after our cruises lime this time we did HK to Yolohama and we walked to this hotel from the terminal, very handy@"

"The hotel was impeccable, room was comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even had essentials available of all sorts if you forgot something (hair tie, brush, toothpaste..). Very thoughtful establishment! Loved the E-bike rental opportunity too-it was fun! I will say the only drawback was location to Tokyo where most ventures and tourist activities were; Ubers were about 30 minute trips and train was about 60 minutes to get there. "

"Excellence place to stay at Tokyo Bay. Close to JR train station. There is a schedule bus that run between airport and the hotel . It is very convenience if you have large luggage. Beautiful onsen. "

"Easy walk to hotel from international terminal once you find out where the walkway is - we had to ask at the information counter. Free minibar was great . Very new and clean. Excellent bathroom amenities. Quiet room. "
