“We stayed here on route to Malaka and we loved it! Very very clean, easy check in and out and good air con and ventilation. We had some local noodles and spring water tofu and had a hike in the morning to see the sunrise upon the hills. Fantastic and fully recommend Note. Eat outside and do not leave any food visible as ants are quite good in finding it. Accidentally ate some crisps and i regret it. Place is kept spotless ”

“1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. ”

“Pros The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience. The bathroom ventilation fan was working well. There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming. The air conditioner cooled the room effectively. The lift was in good condition and functioned properly. Cons Poor bathroom condition: The bathroom was in very poor condition and clearly in need of an upgrade. In the first room, the shower heater was not functioning, which required a room……

“Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas.”

“- both units weren’t ready. Checked in at 3 pm when the actual check in time is at 2PM - Both units were dusty and dirty. I had to self clean and even asked for a broom from the receptionist. - Units’ door in poor condition. You could get locked from outside for no reason - Wifi was not working for one of the unit - Slow response”

The air conditioning failed in the middle of the first night, and I woke up drenched in sweat because the room was incredibly hot. ​I informed the host in the morning before heading to work. While they offered a technician then, I was out and couldn't be there. However, the real frustration started when I returned. At 8:40 PM, the host claimed a technician was on the way. Instead of actually fixing the issue, the host spent the next hour making me do……
