"The room was spacious. The staffs give us good advice on where to park and etc. bcos it was our 1st time staying here. The amenities were ok but have to pay for the parking.Overall good for the price we pay."

"部屋は清潔だしスタッフの対応も良いです。ただ初日、シャワーの使い方が分からず、スタッフを寄越してくれると言われたきり誰も来ず(シャワーの出し方はその後自分で理解)。部屋にある内線はかけてもつながりませんでした。歩いてショッピングモールまで行きたい場合、大きな道路を渡る必要があるのでちょこちょこ出掛けたい人にはあまりオススメではないかもしれません。"

"Hotel stay is average. No bottled water which I much prefer than going out of the room to get water. The room needs a fresh coat of paint as it looks gloomy. "

"Booked the place for my parents and receive no complaints from them. They said the room is clean and comfortable, it is also near to our relative house hence why I choose this place."

"Reached after the usual check in time. Thank you to staff for passing me the keys still. I like the firm pillows too, room is nice and clean Only downside is nil lift, we had to walk the stairs without our large luggages "

"Quiet, a few options for dining."

"No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges. Will not stay here again"
