"Mycket hjälpsam och kundvänlig personal. Jag kom fram till hotellet kl 08:00 på morgonen efter nattbussresa från K Terengganu. Personalen satte igång omedelbart att göra i ordning ett rum och jag fick tidig incheckning utan extra betalt. Allmänt var personalen m generös. Nackdelar: Begränsat utbud restauranger och bristande transportmöjligheter till centrum (personalen hjälpte mig med detta också - kostnadsfritt). Malaysia har inte samma tuk-tuk service som övriga länder i SO-asien. "

"We had to book this room quickly as we missed our ferry to Langkawi and had booked in for a ferry next day. For a last minute option, the room was okay. The walls were in a bad condition though and the AC was very slow as well so it didnt cool the room well either. The staff was great though!"

"We booked this hotel because its near to kuala kedah jetty about 15-20 min by car. We are really satisfied with the room and the staff really helpful. We stayed only for 1 night before we transit to langkawi island early morning the next day. Clean hotel since guests need to take off shoes outside main door or in the locker they prepared. Nice hotel and recommended place to stay for transit!"
