This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. We had a fabulous time. We encountered some minor issues that required us to engage with the property management firm. Everyone we encountered was professional, prompt, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was top-notch. Would not hesitate to return to this property.

It was an absolutely lovely home which had lovely views from most rooms in the home, as well as direct access to a small private beach. The home had every amenity we could think of, e.g,; watershoes, sun screen, beach towels and hampers. The well appointed outdoor lanai made for relaxing evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with everything we could need (or not even realize we needed til we saw it) It was a very comfortable, very clean home with three bedrooms positioned away from each other so that the 6 adults all felt like they had their private space to retreat to. It was a wonderful week spent with the family. Additionally, The easy communication with the management company was a cherry on top of the cake.

Absolutely perfect. This is without question the best possible combination of location, cleanliness, quality accommodation and outstanding service by the proprietors. The ocean is just steps away, the loudest noise is the ocean, yet attractions are easily reached. We will definitely return if we can.

This was a gorgeous home and amazing stay and fit our family just perfectly! The location on the reef was magical! We saw multiple turtles drifting by everyday and even an eagle ray that visited the shallows of this home’s beach twice! The only problem was we had trouble connecting our computers to the WiFi. I had to change my IP address in order to join an online class and my son was never able to connect but this wasn't a huge deal.

We booked based on all of the 5 star ratings and it certainly delivered. The house was not only immaculate but stunning. The beautiful woodwork was top notch and the flow of the house perfect. The kitchen was so well stocked, labeled and organized. Everywhere was extremely clean. I was having trouble with stairs so my husband and I took the master suite on the main floor. My daughter took the master suite on the second floor. Both had amazing views. The owners thought of everything including black out window coverings. Our 3 teens headed out to the beach and swam. The beach is shallow and protected. The house is close to other beaches with great snorkeling access. The few neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed the snorkel books they had so we could identify the sea creatures we all saw. In their front yard was an easy accessible hose to wash off all of the sand from our swim clothes & snorkel gear. They also had an outdoor shower to help although we didn’t need to use that. The owners seemed to think of everything. The washer/drier worked very well. One night, our son got a stomach bug. We cleaned up and called the property managers in the morning. They were so kind and offered condolences right away. The carpet cleaners came out within the hour! Initially, we had a slight problem with the garbage disposal but it was immediately fixed by maintenance. We were all very reluctant to return to our home on the mainland – we had such an enjoyable time.

Great management communication

Luxurious house and interior. Not overly decorated and had plenty of amenities in good condition. A lot of variety of drink-ware and good amount of plates and cups. Bathroom/shower/bath towel sets were good, except for the second floor bathroom drainage issue and the shower handle issue, which the Mngt team resolved immediately. Kitchen cook sets were all scratched up (pots, pans, and rice cooker) which was a big disappointment for a facility of this price range; however, when I requested to replace pots and pans, the management team immediately followed up with new ones the next day (I didn’t ask for a replacement of the rice cooker.) unfortunately, the replacement cook set may have been a cheap one as the coating of one pot already started chipped off after boiling noodles (no hard utensil was used during the usage.) 2nd floor bedroom movement can be heard from the 1st floor master bedroom clearly at night, which was disappointing. Check in/out instruction and communication was clear and informative. Overall, the house was pleasant to stay in and the management team’s support was top quality.

Amazing home in a quiet spot

This home was beautiful. Finishes in the home are on par with top quality resorts. Bay was amazing with rays, turtles, eels, fish, and a ton of tide pool critters. Many comfortable spots to work remotely too.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

The house is in a fantastic location on the water with a beautiful view and immediate access to the water. There is a store across the street for items and you are only 15 minutes away from Waimea or other locations with restaurants, so it is extremely convenient to stay here. The house itself is clean and spacious and well supplied. Grandma enjoyed waking up early and spending time on the lanai to watch the waves come in. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Peace and turtles!

This is a gorgeous, well kept, well-appointed property on a peaceful area of coastline that is away from the melee of the resorts. The house sits right on the ocean, on a tiny inlet which is home to a population of turtles. We were here for Christmas and it was very peaceful and relaxing - beautiful bedrooms overlooking the ocean. If you are here at a busy time of year, definitely ask for information about activities/ reservations etc as it gets very booked up and must all be reserved in advance. Would definitely recommend it.

Five Star Experience

This property is so wonderful, it's hard to describe! The house itself is beautiful, well-stocked, and perfectly located. The view is right onto stunning tide pools, where we watched a turtle come hang out every day and small fish dart about - and in the distance, saw a large ray splashing in the waves. The house is the most rental-friendly I have ever seen, with clear instructions and labeled drawers. Lots of books on the local area line the shelves, and the garage has beach equipment and chairs. Also, if you like paddle boarding or kayaking, this house is in the perfect spot to put out into the ocean. The location is utterly perfect: 10 minutes from Mauna Kea Beach Hotel where you can have lunch, golf, or sit on the beach, and 10 minutes in the opposite direction from the Mauna Lani development with excellent restaurants, golf, beaches, and shops. Even better, right across the street is the General Store, so we could walk over for groceries like coffee, milk, wine, snacks, and to-go meals. Again, this house is unbelievable. We had the best vacation there. I would recommend to families with or without children (kids would love it, and there's lots of art supplies), couples trips... basically anyone would love it. An amazing place.

Exactly What We Hoped!

This house is beautiful, better than the online presentation. The location is quiet, calm and peaceful. Snorkeling right in front of your home is so convenient and watching the turtles & ferrets was so fun! The support staff was helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We'll be back!

Simply Amazing

Beautiful home with upscale details and amenities. Nestled in Puako, this stunning home has views that take your breath away each sunrise and sunset. Convenient to many beaches and a great place to stay for families and groups of friends. We will be returning to this property often!

Paradise found

My friend and I had a fantastic vacation with whales jumping right off shore, rainbows & sunsets, and easy access to snorkeling throughout Puako at public access points. She had never been to Hawaii and I must say, she couldn’t have stayed at a better place to take it in. Property management was great and responsive. Place was very well equipped indoors and with beach supplies. Would definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Puako paradise

Lovely home with all the things one needs for an enjoyable beach vacation. Well stocked kitchen, everything labeled. Beach chairs and umbrellas appreciated as was the second refrigerator ( great for cold drinks. )Two of the bedrooms are spectacular but the third bedroom is far less nice, twin beds , no view, less privacy off the kitchen.
