“I stayed at the hotel between March 14 and 17, 2019. The room was great, very clean and with a good smell. The location is great, you are close to the main tourist attractions of Jaipur such as the Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and others. The owner of the property helps in all that it is possible to have a good stay in Jaipur and the staff are very helpful and attentive. A great surprise in India and highly recommended!”

“I was going to travel in a bus but there was a bus strike due to which I couldn't reach them and hotel did nothing to help me in this situation and no refund of any kind. I couldn't have controlled the bus strike but still I paid the penalty. ”

It was completely different from the pictures what you have on your website. So we did not check in the property. And we message you for the refund. So we want refund about that booking.”

“When i reached hotel is closed and its very pathetic that hotel.com is booking and still hotels are closed form last 3 to 4 months and its my very worst experience.I have talk to hotel owner and he says that i don't know how the hotel.com is accepting booking and we are closed form last 3 to month . I think hotel.com is doing Freud and we are not responsible for your money if deducted by hotel.com. ”
