「This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. 「Excellent stay. Very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts (Suman and husband) and extremely helpful staff. The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. Overall, we had a very nice stay for three nights at the Hermitage in Kanatal.」

「We were fortunate to have this 21 room boutique hotel recommended to us... the prefect retreat after a 4 day Indian wedding in Mussoori. The staff is friendly and attentive, the low key atmosphere welcomed, the grounds lush with beautiful landscaping and flowers. 「Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to. 」
