    ★ Home is secured by Vivint 2 surveillance cameras located on the exterior - 1 at the front and1 at the back - of the building.

    The coverage area include: front porch, driveway and backyard

    ★ The building is a duplex with the 2nd unit of the duplex (on the right) occupied. The entry and exit doors are not connected at all and they do not share the same heating, cooling and ventilation system.
