The 1st floor has the dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath
Bedroom 1 - King. Bedroom 2 - Full. Bedroom 3 - 2 twins. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is split into 2 rooms but you must walk through one to get to the other. The first room has a queen and the second room has a king.

The third floor has one king bed, a full bath and a hang out area.

The backyard is private but not fully fenced in.

The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.

Please Note: There are two bars that sit on the street behind the home. There is potential for noise, especially on the weekends. The bars do not close until 3am

There is not a washer and dryer in the home but there is a a laundromat only a couple minutes away

Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.
